Personal AI by Local888 learns about you so it can give better advice. That makes privacy the most important part of the product.

What we keep

• Your account: email address, and your Google or Facebook sign-in if you use one.
• Your conversations with Personal AI.
• Your personal knowledge file: facts and goals you share, such as your work, plans and preferences.
• Payment records (we never see or store your card details; PayPal handles payment).

How it is used

• Only to give you personalised answers. It is never used for advertising, sold or shared with other users.
• To answer you, the relevant part of your information is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic's Claude). They do not use it to train their models.
• Sensitive information (for example health, finances, family or beliefs) is saved only after you approve it.

How it is protected

• Encrypted in transit and at rest, and kept separate from every other user.
• Site administrators manage accounts and payments. They do not read your personal knowledge file.

Your control

• See everything Personal AI remembers on the My Knowledge page, and edit or delete any of it.
• Turn memory off, download all your information, or delete your account and all its data at any time.
